my mother  died my case was with nvc center they sent case back to uscis  we sent all documents to uscis but they didnt confirmed your document we received but uscis send letter to us your request for humantarian ground we are reviewing it we will send action of notice that means document they received it ..but its 3rd year now no decision yet it takes too much longer to review

No update nothing yet it taking very much longer to review damn ! mostly 1 year is the time for the decision but mine not good luck  its now 3rd year on going to review

same case with me my mother died , nvc center send back my case to uscis,, last year 2022 uscis send letter to me your case is reviewing  but now 11 month gone no replied from uscis ,anybody knows how much time now taking for humantarian reinstatment review by uscis please help me thankyou

my mother was sponsor for me she died last year my sister is now substitute sponsor for me  my sister wrote a letter and all documents submitted to uscis before 6 months..now i checked on uscis website it shows that state of department send us your case we are reviewing it we will let you know..my question is what uscis is reviewing in my case the document i send them ? they are reviewing my documents?? shall i send them again all documents now or they will asked me later for anything Please help me thanks...

Please help me about this.....State department send back my case to uscis before 6 month...i send all documents to uscis for this case..before few days uscis put this msg online and said we are review your case but uscis ddint  msg us or even not telling us we received your documents..for this case...only uscis mentioned this on website we review your case and we will mail you...my question is shall i send my documents again to uscis or just wait for uscis to replied ?? is uscis review my case with my all documents which i send them..or uscis will replied after that to send us documents for this case ?..i dnt understand what right now uscis review my case ..anybody knows about this..Please help me...thankyou

hi NVC back my case to uscis..now uscis review my case and said we will mail you...please can anybody tell me what uscis reviewing? i sent my document To uscis before will they reveiw also my documents too or they will ask for any documents later??  what exactly they reviewing ?  kindly help me .thankyou
