My green card was issued in 2015. I made trips out of the US for over six months, but less than a year. During that time, my spouse was living in the US. I returned to the US permanently in June 2017 and have not left the US since then. My wife and I both work and now own a house in the US.
In January 2021, I applied for citizenship (N-400), and it was flagged a point that there was a break in "Continuous Presence" I completed the entire form but could not justify my spouse's presence. Also, I will like to know what type of documents can prove her residence in the US during my absence. She did not work during my absence.
