Yes Congratulations marked on the paper … status updated to oath will be scheduled. about the oath the officer told me he can’t do anything about the oath and has no idea when the oath is going to be scheduled. i don’t know what pic you talking about …. They don’t show any picture to me and I don’t think they supposed to.

It’s 100 questions from version 2008…. I would highly recommend the app named citizen now …. It got flash cards for 100 questions plus reading n writing questions and it’s pretty easy to study n remember the questions with flash cards

Most probably they ll use that picture on certificate…. They asked me the same and my IO also took my appointment letter and mark my address with red pen and confirm the address is current…. From my passport he wrote down my passport number on the same paper and at the end attach that paper with my recommendation paper and attached in that big file

Applied : Dec 15,2023 Biometric applied same day: Interview scheduled : March 5 I had interview today at Houston FO. Appointment was at 12:05 so Reached there at 11:50 and got checked in right after security. The check in guy asked for my appointment letter and wrote a number with red pen on it and also printed an other receipt for biometrics. Called for bio next minute. The Biometric guy took my picture and both index finger print and told me to wait in front of the door 1 to be called by the IO. IO called my name after waiting few minutes and took me to his office. After sworn Took my passport,green card , drivers license and appointment letter. Asked my address and marked on the appointment letter. He then started asking 6 question reading and writing. Who is in charge of the executive branch Name 1 writer of federalist papers Who is father of our nation 2 major political parties in the US What ocean on the west coast of US Name 1 war fought by US in 1800s Reading: When is Columbus Day? Writing : Columbus Day is in October. Then he moved to the oath questions from the form n400 and after that he Said confirm the info and sign on the 2 spots on tablet… and then printed my paper you passed the test

Before I ask would like to share the details of my case current situation 1. I applied for N-400 last year and waiting for my interview and oath ceremony soon. 2. I am married to a foreigner 20 months now and we are expecting a baby in few weeks. i am thinking to apply to bring my spouse and child to US after my citizenship so what are my options please advise

Can you please share your interview experience and update on your case

I got married in July 2022 and my wife is non resident Alien. At the end of tax year 2022 my accountant filed my taxes as Single by saying that because my wife does not have SSN it’s needed to be filed as single. Now while preparing for my taxes this year I saw in an article that in this situation I am suppose to file married filing as separate. Do I need to my amend my 2022 tax returns before my interview ? And change my filing status ??
