The only name that will matter on the visa is the name of the beneficiary. If the beneficiary name matches the passport you won't have a problem. The previous posters seem to think the beneficiary's name is the one in error.
I am the visa holder/beneficiary, there is no problem on my part. The error is in my fiance's first name.
So it will not affect my entry to the US?

I just got my K1 Visa but there is a typographical error on the name of my fiance on the annotation of my visa , my fiance's first name is JEFFERY but they wrote it as JEFFREY
Does it affect my entry to US? What i am going to do about this?

You should contact the Embassy/Consulate that issued the visa.

Hello jeffzarah!!! yes it will affect you so i advice you to go to the embassy/consulate where they issued you your visa and have it corrected there is a window for visa correction and pick-up...i hope i help you...GOODLUCK & GODBLESS!!!
