I came on a CR1 visa. The marriage didn't last. This is what I meant by Waiver. Applying for 751 with a waiver. Yes, I'm ready for an interview but hoping its not too long of a wait. Since April 2019

Hope you are well. Any updates on your ROC in Seattle? Mine has been stuck on "Case ready to be scheduled for an interview" since July 2020. Some say it will take up to 24 months??
