what happened at your infopass appt? any update?

no news amiga. i called USCIS the other day and now they tell me i can't file an inquiry until 90 days has past since the itnerview, which i will do on 4/16. otherwise we will wait for FBI checks to catch up by the end of may. this sucks.

Hi Amiga- I am not too worried anymore- thanks for your input. He is going for 6 wks. I will be in the Galapagos for work for 2 wks of that time, then join him for 1 wk. I will be a sad girl for the other 3 wks. How's everything w/ you? XO

yes- he can travel AND we got the approval for EAD yesterday- YAY! you need to clean out your in-box- i tried to send you a message yesterday.

my timeline is updated. our AP was approved but hasn't yet been received. no progress on EAD yet.

congrats on the NOA and biometrics appt- you're on your way! i don't know what's up with denver- i just haven't seen any progress on any denver AOS entries in quite a while.

no change or progress on the AOS- the Denver office seems to have stopped processing anything at all. i'm getting nervous- i thought the stress was over once the K1 was approved! no NOA on your end?

no worries- we expected the RFE. we accidentally gave the embassy Jorge's original BC at the interview, so we had to get another. I just wanted to send the AOS app on time. BC went out today so we're back on track.

CONGRATULATIONS AMIGA! I hope your day was everything you dreamed it would be! Try to enjoy your new wife status for a little while before diving into AOS!!

Thanks for your message. Thought the AOS was easier but now realize I made a few errors. I wasn't as careful as he's already here- I hope it doesn't delay us much. Good luck w/ your next step- keep in touch!

Paperwork will be done this week- we have to file by the 24th. Ceremony was in Peru in March, but we will make it official on 6/17 in the mountains. Not looking forward to this next round- wish you were ahead of me so I could ask you for help. Maybe I can help you this time around. Hope you guys are doing well!
