I want to be sure I'm filing the right visa for my spouse, we've been married for over 6 years. I am doing contract work outside the US, I haven't been back to the US for  years, that's why my wife K-3 visa expired ,because I found better work outside the US and we left right away. And now we're finish here and we want to go back to the US. Is this the right visa to file?

Need help right away please. Is there a good travel agency to buy a plane ticket in manila that is not so costly? Thanks to anyone who can help.

All I can say is WOW! this board truly surprises me sometimes. I usually just sit back and just read all the stupid things that people put on this board within a 24 hour period to get my laugh for the day when they have nothing of use to say, but this time I just had to step in and say something. Yes, Filiricans is correct. I mean come on here it does not take degree to figure this out. Why would you pay delbros to verify something that they do not have? Plus where would they even begin without a MNL#? LOL but anyway when it comes to the CR-1, point fact it is a "superior" visa compared to your typical everyday K-Visas just for the simple fact that there are so many more benefits that come with the CR-1 versus the K-Visas, the CR-1 visa is the thing that is superior not the individual holding it.

I don't understand why this thread has offended so many people here? I look at it like this, if you are not the one on here gossiping then just let what he says just roll off your back. Only the ones on here that truly gossip are the ones I see that truly have the problem with his post. But this is a "general discussion area" so you can talk about anything here but to be honest so of the topics pure nonsense.
