There is a way of printing all the documents you sent to NVC website I will look over my login and write the steps so you can print the I-864 form however I remember that all documents you provided to the NVC somewhere on the checklist it said to keep all copy of everything you send to them. I kept copies of everything. I will get back to you when I have the information for you.

Hi there. Let me look at the I-601 paperwork. Just saw your message 😊 we are in Guatemala already and the signal is awful here when we are out so I apologize about the late reply. That would be awesome if you could give me the steps to access the uploaded documents. Thank you!!

  2. Hello, I'm petitioning my husband who is from Guatemala but lives in the U.S and we finally received an interview appointment at the Embassy in Guatemala.

I'm getting all of our paperwork ready but went through a checklist and it lists form I-864. We have already submitted the form to NVC but I don't have a copy of the form, so I'm wondering if we are still required to bring a copy of the submitted form to the appointment or if they would have it on file since we've already submitted it?

    Thank you!! 😊

(Also, does anyone happen to know how to retrieve it from the NVC website that it was submitted to, or if there's a way to receive a copy of the already submitted forms that they have on our file?)

  3. Hello,

I'm petitioning my husband who is from Guatemala but lives here in the U.S, and we finally received an appointment letter for his interview at the Embassy in Guatemala.

I'm getting all of our paperwork ready for the interview, and on the checklist that's on travel.state.gov, it states to bring the I-864 form.

We have already submitted this form to NVC along with my income verification (I'm the sponsor).

My question is, does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve my submitted I-864 form from Ceac (NVC website) or anywhere else, as I no longer have a copy of the form. I was told by someone that I could pull it from the NVC website, but I looked on there and couldn't figure out how to do it.

Also, if anyone has already gone to their appointment, did you end up needing the form and did they request it even though you had previously submitted it to NVC?

Thanks in advance! Really hoping to get some answers! 🙏🏻😊

  4. Hi there!

Reading throughout this thread and finding really valuable info. I'm petitioning my husband who is from Guatemala and we had sent Antecedentes Penales which were rejected, and we were finally able to get the right document "Antecedentes de Denuncias" from MP today (Thanks to this thread- I'm from Colombia so I was so confused because I'm not familiar with how things work in Guatemala).

I'm trying to translate the Antecedentes De Denuncias and after I translate it our lawyer is gonna revise it and certify the translation, but I'm having a hard time finding the right terminology to translate it, and I haven't been able to find a translator in my area that is able to do it soon (I'm in California and our area is under shelter in place so a lot of places are still closed).

Does anyone happen to have a translated record that they could share and could give me a lead on how to translate mine and the right terminology to use? I would really appreciate it as I'm completely loss on how to translate it and trying to submit our documents asap because my father in law in Guatemala has cancer and is really ill and we are tying to schedule my husband's appt as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone! 😊
