Hello everybody!
I just received my Green Card about a month ago. I´m wondering what are the next steps I should take now ...
Thank you for your answers

No you dont need to notarized I-864
Thank you!!!!!

Hello,
does have to be I-864 notarized? I know that form I-134 had to be notarized for K3 but on the form I-864, there is not any particular space for the notary stamp. I´m confused, please advise.
Thanks!!!

I'm also waiting, but it's only been a week since the approval. My congressmans office said they would followup after 2 weeks and call NVC for me. With all the horror stories here, I doubt it will be there.
We called NVC yesterday and were told that our I-129F was sent to our embassy yesterday so hopefully I will hear something from them soon

Hello everybody!!!
Both of my petitions were FINALLY approved. It was long, frustrating waiting and finally ended. We are sooo happy. Hopefully things will speed up now ... When my husband told me we were approved, I thought I was dreaming and after so long time of waiting i just couldn´t believe that. We have a lot to celebrate.
Good luck for everyone here and thanks all my friends for support, especially My Honey friend!!
I will keep you, guys, updated.

well, I said my processing times are over, and he said "that's all we can do".. I said "how come?? I see people getting approved all over.. then he gave me the "So?" remark.. man.. some people are just like that.. so as of now, if they give me an attitude, I'll give them one too..
EVERYTHING they ever said because they are not helpfull at ALL!!!I´m so mad and sad and frustrated. I´t approaching a year pretty soon here since we applied and nothing is going on. NOBODY there would tell you any infromation. It´s just ridiculous, what the ythink they are? People love each other and want to start their lives together and what they do? Keeping us separate for no reason and not giving true information on their websites (for example, that they process the application in order they got them. B..S..T

What does touch mean plz explain
That means that something is going on your cases, meaning that somebody is working on it, looking on it.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you!!

Any news my friend? I'm waiting to hear the approvals have come....
No news, Kim, I would let you know very quickly. Still waiting

Dobry den nerdette. I was hoping to see your approval to give me some hope. I'm starting to wonder if USCIS don't like Czechs (extremely friendly to the US), when you see other countries (unfriendly to the US) getting approved that file after me. I'm hovering at the 180 day mark now.
My wife's in Prostejov and works in Brno. And I live in Dallas, so very similar to your case. At least, I just arrived back from Czech yesterday, after spending XMAS and New Year's there.
I hope your approval comes very soon.
Thank you C and J, and good luck on the rest of your journey.
Hey gsieffe!! What a coincidence, I live in Brno and my husband is from Houston Maybe we can meet sometime
I don´t know if they don´t like Czech people overthere, but I really long for my approval. It´s just too much of waiting. Keep me updated with your cases and good luck!!
Nerdette
Touching is always good, meaning they worked on your file on that touching date. Hope you get the approval soon.
Thanks.
I'm hoping this is your approval Nerdette!!! Its long overdue!!
Thank you, KIM!!
