    Hello VJ family ! Thank you for the support!! After 175 long days .. after delay of the rfe .. WE GOT APPROVED TODAY ! I admit last days and weeks were very hard for me but finally it is done! We wish to all get approved very soon .. here is a song for all of you

    Awesome!! Congrats to them!!!! So Melinda got her approval around a week after she sent her RFE??? Then Byron, I think 20 days and Diana and Alan 14 days........So ####### are they doing with Mel and Syl case????? Come on!!!!! Give them their approval!!!!!!!! :dance: :dance: Give us more and more and more approvals!!!!! :D :D:

    Remember there is no hard and fast rule regarding how long it takes to adjudicate a petition after the RFE is returned. The adjudicator picks up where he/she left off. If there are no new complications the approval comes soon after the RFE is returned. On the other hand, if a new complication pops up (such as a bad guy name match for example) it could take quite a while to resolve, just like it would if there were no RFE.

    Thus there is no accurate answer to the frequent inquiry regarding how long it takes to be approved after an RFE is returned.

    Thank you Bill & bella and MKCT! Our RFE was about hard copy of divorcing decree from previous marriage.

    no touches, no email, nothing

    i logged on yesterday and it was last updated on 7-12 (the day my check was cashed)...i tried to check again this morning when i saw someone with an NOA1 date of 7-11 get approved, but i guess the server was down and i couldnt log in...then i logged in a few minutes ago, and there it was...my eyes nearly popped out of my head when, for the first time ever, i saw a date other than 7-12 under the 'Last Updated' column...interesting to note though, that it now says last updated on 11-21...so i guess it was touched late yesterday (when it was approved) and then again today (moving from one pile to the next)...hope that helps!

    theyre still moving folks, so hang on tight, its not thanksgiving just yet!!!!!!!!!!!

    thanks and wish fast moving ahead! :thumbs: we just been touched 16,17 and 19.11 and since then nothing :crying:

    Hi ! I just want to share what is going with us. We send our I- 129 20.06 we got NOA1 10.07.2007 we were touched for first time at 14.07.2007 and that was what we have seen last months since 16.11.2007 then at the end of day we have been touched and 17.11 and 19.11 but since then nothing any emails any mails and status is the same ... i am just a bit worried/ hehe i am not worried i am about get heart attack/ it seem recently people get approved without any touches ... could somebody tell me what should we expect :unsure:

    My name is Shad. I met the woman of my life, Tanya, but she just happens to live in Sofia, Bulgaria. I am currently spending time with her in Bulgaria, but I will return to the States next week to start this crazy visa process!     You made my day...although its not MY approval....Im beginning to think MAYBE its on someones desk ready for review???? Your noa1 is 4 days after ours.

    Thanks again for all your congratulations ! (F) Actually, I don't know amrssnowangel if our NOA1 is supposed to be of the 30th or the 26th of June, as we got the hard copy on the 30th, but later when I created an online account , I saw the notice that they sent us a NOA 1 on the 26th. So then, maybe we have the same date of NOA1 !

    I believe very much that all of you will hear from VCS very soon !!!! Only positive thinking, guys !!! Though it was very hard at times for us but we tried to stay positive as much as possible. Also, a BIG THANKS to all of you (F) (F) (F)

    I am a male U.S. citizen who met a wonderful Turkish woman this summer. She was here on a work visa and we spent a month together before she returned home to finish her last two years of college in Izmir. We promised to see each other in the time before her graduation and then hopefully marry in the U.S. I understand it is difficult for her to return to America right now for a personal (non-work) visit, so I have proposed that we meet somewhere in Europe and have a mutual vacation and time to see each other. Does anyone have a suggestion for a country? We were thinking Germany because they seem to be "Turkish friendly" but we are open to any place in Europe. As a student, what is her best course of action to get a visa approval somewhere over there? Is this easier than her trying to visit the U.S. to see me? Any advice is much appreciated ! Thanks...

    Hi, I am from Bulgaria and just have read your post. I do know so it isnt easy for non european countries go to contries of EU. If u decited to come to my beautiful country :-))) it wont be easy for her and thats not about so we are not frendly about turkish people. So better is to think about country where she can go free ... maybe u already know this .. best wishes and keep the love :-)))
