    My wife and I filed our I 130 on Nov 5 and received our NOA1 Nov 6. The long wait starts. Is there any other Nov 2023 filers? I have been contemplating to file a K3 form but think it's a waste of time.

    I spoke to a live agent this week and they confirmed the timeline means nothing and we should be using the processing time on the processing page instead of estimate provided on "my progress" tab.

    Chat in to Emma and when she pops up keep typing "live agent" until she connects you. Their hours are unclear but early mornings is my best bet...like 9 am or 9:30.

    Chancy is correct. @uzair_tx you said you aren't seeing a request for information from you. you are the petitioner so mostly all the info on theI 130 is asking about you the petioner/sponsor. You have to carefully read everything so you don't make mistakes. If you get confused the instructions are very helpful.

    The "progress tab" showed up when I checked today Dec 1. It shows "estimated time for case decision" will be 5 months from now. I know this date goes all over the place but it's nice to see some update.

    It's best she bring copies of everything for you and her. Sometimes the officers ask for things that have already been uploaded. Better to have it and not need it than the other way around. Ensure she has the latest W2 and tax transcripts, bio medical and police reports etc

    Put DECEASED where it asks for place of residency for whichever parent is dead. It isn't required that she signs because she is in another country and it says so on the instructions for that form.

    Payment was successfully after filing online. Thankful that the bank didn't decline the payment as fraud. NOA1 receipt received Nov 6 at the Nebraska service centre. Considering if I want to file the K3 to see if this will speed up my case.

    Hi my wife just filed our I 130. She is in the US and I am in my home country. We are doing consular processing. Starting this thread to get updates from others who filed in November, so we have support as we all go through this long and arduous process together❤️.
