Hi everyone. I have been stuck in ap for past 2 years. Anyone else in same situation. Can anyone tell me what to do next. I have checked on ceac for my status and it's say refused. Why does it say refused? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have submitted everything they had asked for but no response. I was checking on ceac my case status and I notice it's says incompelet in front of my DS 260 I don't understand why would that be incompelet I have already had my interview almost two years ago. Does anyone else had that happen to as well
