thanks for you response! so my husband got his ssn just today and there was never an update on save case site. I guess it just really depends.

anyone recently come to USA on CR1 visa and are able to track the SSN on the save case site? I am trying to track my husbands SSN status and it says no case found.

When I initially filed my AOS, NVC told me my 2019 state I am below the income requirements, however I have started a new job July 2020 and I meet the income requirements so we didn't get a joint sponsor. My question is when I do an updated AOS do I fill the I-864 or the I-164EZ (which I believe is for plp that meet income requirements) before our visa interview. My initial AOS was just the I-1864. Thank you!

Your CPA should have filed for you as married filing separately.  I do not know how it will affect your interview... But if it were me I would get my taxes amended.  Good luck!

My CPA has filled my taxes this year as single, even though i am married cause my husband is Canadian and works for a Canadian company and no SSN. He has his interview coming up in 3 weeks and I was wondering if it would be an issue if they saw that it is filed single on my tax form. I am currently trying to talk to the CPA to get it amended. 

is 1 week enough for medical exam results to be mailed to the Montreal consulate? anyone has issues where it took longer?

Can I have my husband go for a medical exam before he gets his interview letter? This is for the montreal consulate. Thank you! 

no not DQ, but when  uploaded the document they sent a message saying we didnt meet the income requirements. 

When we uploaded out documents (tax documents) to NVC I didn't meet the income requirement. However my current job meets the requirements. Will i still need to get a sponsor for my husband.
