Hello,

I applied for my brother and he took his visa interview in Dhaka, Bangladesh in September 2019. After the interview, they required extra documents. We sent the documents in October 2019. I do realize Covid might of delayed the process and there was a proclamation that prevented issuing visas. We contacted the embassy after the proclamation was lifted and they said we would give an answer in 3 months. After waiting 3 months we contacted them again, and now they’re saying that they will give an answer in another 4 months. WHAT IS GOING ON?? Should I be getting a lawyer involved?

We submitted everything they requested back in October of 2019, well before the Proclamation was passed.

Hello, I've finished the interview on 9/10/19, they asked for additional sponsorship and kept our passports. We've submitted the required documents in October 2019. It's now over one year without an answer. Every time we email them, they say they are still processing. Any advice for this?
