Hi,
i recieved the Packet 3 a month ago, we wanted to wait due to my current job, till we send it back. Now i lost it. I guess i throwed it away with the newspaper. Can i get the needed papers somewhere online, or should i call the embassy to resend it to me?
Thanks
David

From her mom:
Letter of employee
Last 3 paystubs
bank statement
... what do i need to proof ownership of property/houses etc. ??

Hi,
my fiance is still a full time college student, so her mother will sponsor the visa. What do i need to fill out? Do i need just the I134
filled out from my fiance's mother?
If, yes what supporting documents do i need? Which of them have to be notarized?
Best regards
David

My NOA1 was today in our mail. Yeahh finally ;-) That was a long wait. Receipt Date is Sept. 4

Still no check cashed or noa1 ;-( come on CSC. You killing me.
-
there is somewhere deep another august filer thread, i have still no noa1 or checked cashed, probably the last one ;-(

bend and carl,
i have a question what number do you called to find out your case number? Do you used the RFE trick. When i call they always say this 90 days till NOA1 bullshit and that they cannot look for a petition in the system without a case number. What information do you give them to look for your petition?
Thanks
David

The problem is that almost everybody is entering the DATE where the NOA1 was issued or received in mail. NOT the received date printed on the noa1. This is normally in most cases 2-3 days after the send date. Right now the NOA1 date in the VJ Database is useless.
-
Thanks Bszoom, i have a question is it possible to post the list next time in order of the send date.
I mean the NOA1 is not important for the USCIS, they work on the petitions from the received date/equals almost send date.
I think the list would be more accurate, when you use the send date instead of the noa1 date.
I agree. I have suggested that several times in forum and sent a PM to zoomer this morning.
Well if you remember the post from the guy/girl who worked for USCIS, s/he was quiet clear in that USCIS start the clock on the recieved date printed on the Noa- 1. I would stick with what someone with real inside knowledge says but thats just IMHO.
Yeah but people don't understand that the received date, is the date where the USCIS received your petition, thats printed on your NOA1. But people are putting the date in their time line, where they receive the NOA1. Not the received date printed on the NOA1, where USCIS receive your package.
That why the send date would be the most accurate, because the received date is normally the send date +2/3 days. When you receive your NOA1 is not important at all, or when they issue the NOA1. Important is when THEY receive it not YOU

Yeah thats possible, i mean look at my timeline i am still waiting for my NOA1 ;-)

AGAIN!!!
when you receive your NOA1 is unimportant. The important date is the sent Date or the recieved petition date on the noa1.
You should get your NOA2 soon, because you filed May 9th.
-
Congrats babbelsgirl. That just shows that the date when you get your NOA1 is totally unimportant. I expecting my NOA1 next week. I send my petition August 26. They are working right now on week before so its coming closer and closer ;-).
-
Doesn't really matter UCSIS anyways works at the petition in order they arrive, not the NOA1 Date.
-
In May 2007 106 Petitions were filed, that means send Date between 05/01 - 05/31.
17 of them have their NOA2. That means 89 Petitions from May are still pending :-(
-
Projected NOA2 Date moved from January 12th to 19th what a great week ;-) CSC is now running again thats good. I still think we get NOA2 this Year.
-
140 Days Average is right now break even. I filed in August but i still think i get my NOA2 this Year, because everything goes back to normal at CSC. After July only 20 filed so far. Thats nothing. And they will use the Money now to get more employees.
I am optimistic that August Filers and early September Filers will have their NOA2 this year
Only 20 members on VJ filed petitions in July. Thousands of people who file petitions do not know about this website. Regardless, you should still have your NOA2 this year. Good luck!
Only a few filed after July. I am aware that its more than 20 ;-). But i think VJ has representative statistics and you can see the big slowdown in filing petitions after July. I think it will go down to 100 days at the end of the year
