  1. Yes we noticed the same, our receipt notice does say $750. My CC says the $700 which reflects the information on the website. You are correct, the USCIS is usually very sharp on these notices and we are expected to follow the information in our documents to a "T", so we should expect the same from them. I don't know how to inform them of the issue though!
  2. Yes, that's correct. After only 3-days, there was a PDF of the notice. We have not yet received a physical paper copy yet in the mail. I only paid $700 for the fee (that's what I see on my credit card bill). I checked the USCIS.gov website, here's what it says: Paper Filing Fee = $750 Online Filing Fee = $700 So filing online you get a $50 discount: https://www.uscis.gov/g-1055?form=i-751
  3. Ok, so interesting news on this I-751 front. We got the NOTICE OF RECEIPT document 3-DAYS after submission. In the notice, it says we that they have basically extended the validity of the Permanent Resident Card (GREEN CARD) for 48 MONTHS (4-YEARS). But in order for the (expired) GREEN CARD to be valid, we will have to provide this NOTICE OF RECEIPT along with it. I was wondering why they would do this. The notice mentioned "processing times vary", and so I went to the USCIS.gov website and looked up processing times for the I-751. It turns out there is a 30.5 MONTH (2.5 YEARS!) expected processing time on the I-751. Hence, I think that's why the NOR automatically extended the GREEN CARD. Hope this helps for anybody else working on their I-751!
  4. Great news, we just submitted our I-751 as well! Some more notes and insights on the process: The first thing to upload is a SCANNED PDF version of the I-751 itself (with your signatures!). Second thing to upload is a copy of the relevant Permanent Resident card(s) (Petitioner, and dependents if necessary). Third thing(s) to upload are the Evidences of Relationship. Fourth thing(s) to upload are Criminal History (if applicable). Fifth section is an open section to upload any additional supporting evidence. PDF uploads have a 12MB limit. We don't know if there is a limit of how many PDF documents you are allowed to upload. The more the better we suppose. The system says you can upload up to five (5) PDFs at a time. We encountered errors doing it this way sometimes. We uploaded files individually, and that often resolved the issue. Some PDFs that I downloaded from financial institutions were considered an invalid format. I was able to re-export them, and then they uploaded successfully. After that, you accept and acknowledge some things, and then process payment (for the I-751, it is $700) The process took me 30 minutes from start to finish, but that's because we had all of our PDF documents ready to go. You are allowed to exit and pick up from where you left off (we did not use this) The rule is as long as you don't stay inactive for 30 days, then you can pick up where you left off. (we did not use this)
  5. Amazing, thank you for the response and information! This helps us, but I also hope it helps others that look to process their file online!
  6. Ok I answered my own last question: Files must not be larger than 12MB in size. I found the answer here: https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/tips-for-filing-forms-online From the article:
  7. @FromTheHills one other question: do you recall if there's a PDF MB file size limit per file to upload? Thanks!
  8. Just a couple of really simple questions for the team here. I'm only asking because I haven't yet initiated the filing process online, and we have not utilized it before as it was not an option before. 1. When submitting proof the I-751 along with proof of bona fide relationship, will we be asked to upload a SINGLE pdf document? Or is there capability to upload multiple PDF documents? 2. When using the online process, will I have opportunities to fix mistakes before I submit, or is it one long process? (I.E., is there the ability to save progress, log out, and come back in to finish before submitting?) Thanks for the insight!
