Yes it does. Just be sure if a Form/Schedule has multiple pages, you include all it’s pages. A tax return can have additional forms based on the taxpayers specific situation. Are they self-employed (Schedules C and SE)? Do they have investments (schedule D)? Are they farmers, have rental properties, railroad retirement, earned income credit, etc. but it would be most unusual for anybody’s actual tax return to have 100+ pages.
Ok that makes sense.
Thank you for explaining it

If you log in to the irs website and create an account, it will allow you to download the transcript. That’s exactly what USCIS wants to see. Don’t send anything else.
Ok I'll get my husband to log on and try it. Thank you

Why not get it straight from the IRS website?
I didn't know that was an option I'm guessing they would have just the essential forms?

This is perfect! I got it down to 8 pages including the w-2. Alot of the pages were worksheets etc..
Does that seem about right?

I've not seen anyone post this problem so We may be getting it wrong- My husband is trying to upload the most recent tax return. However it's a 100+ page pdf and none of the compression programs can get it reduced small enough to upload.
Its the 1080 form and the w-2 form is included.
Anyone have an idea of where we're going wrong?

I assume going to the US to VISIT a spouse is not going to be a valid reason for the airline to allow you to travel. If you are moving there to live with your spouse then I assume that would be OK.
I want to travel to see my US spouse in April 2021. But with the lockdown rules i dont think I am allowed? I want to eventually live there with him so I am in the process of getting visa but i dont have the right to live in the US yet, unless it is granted when I stay there, otherwise i have to leave in 3 months (ESTA). I don't have any evidence that I have a right to stay otherwise. So i feel i'd be rejected!
At first i didn't think so because there's no where that says you can visit your spouse as an exception. But i know of a few that have left the country to visit their spouse and even fiancé(e). I'm just going by what others have said from their own experiences but some conversations with police have been that they said can't stop you from leaving as that's border controls job.
The general consensus is not to lie and have all documents ready and your esta may be cancelled but that can be fixed.

Appointment services for registering the birth of a child born outside the United States (CRBA) and applying for their first passport
If your child has urgent overseas travel that they are unable to undertake using a valid passport of a different nationality, you may contact us to request an emergency passport appointment for them as long as you have their long-form birth certificate (stating the name of both parents). Please contact us five working days before the date of overseas travel.

This is great! Thank you

That is the wrong section since you are not an LPR until you enter the US with the Immigrant Visa: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-d-chapter-2 "A person is generally considered an LPR at the time USCIS approves the applicant’s adjustment application or at the time the applicant is admitted into the United States with an immigrant visa."
The correct section is 1 page above. "U.S. CITIZENS — must provide one of the following: U.S. Passport; Emergency U.S. Passport"
Sorry if this seems like a silly question. But he was born in the UK is he classed a US citizen because his father is one? I thought I needed to have a Consular Report of Birth for him to be.
Also my oldest has travelled on an ESTA before he got his US passport - Is this because back hen we were able to roam as we pleased without any restrictions?

Travel for what?
Assuming you are in England travelling for holidays would not be allowed under the lockdown but if for the relocation to the USA or other essential and legal purposes it would be allowed.
I dont know about the other countries.
Yes Im in England. My husband lives in America so I would be going to him.

No. The younger child would also need US passport: https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2019-Mar/2019 Carrier Information Guide - ENGLISH.pdf
Am I reading this wrong then. I thought I could use his UK passport and show his birth certificate.?
-
The older one does, the younger one doesn't. But will I be ok to show the youngest birth certificate?

I do not know, that would be up to the Consulate. I would liek to think they would help you out, issuing you a visa with a very young US child that also needs to travel.
CRBA are by definition not filed in the US - Consulate report birth abroad.
Ah yes that would make sense.
Ill just have to keep an eye on the website or wait till I get to the Consulate.
Thank You

Would I be able to fie for it as an emergency case if it got to that point?
Could I apply for it in America?

Hi all..
I have an 11 month old whose father is a US citizen. I have applied for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) for my older son. However I cant book an appointment to be able to do this for my younger son. I am in the process of the spousal visa. Im just concerned that once my Visa is completed my younger son would only be able to travel on an ESTA. Is there any other way around it?
N.B. He was born after I applied for the Spousal Visa hence why he is not on the same application

I wanted to know whether it was possible to leave the UK to travel to America. I have been married to my husband for almost 3 years ow and were in the process of the visa (Just sending the documents). I'll be travel with 2 children (both are my husbands children) - Im pretty confident I can enter the US I just don't want to be sent away at heathrow because they dont see it as essential.
TIA

I can't say anything about your husband s re-entry. But regarding your baby, if you still haven't managed to get an appointment then you can contact them as a state of emergency. To get a passport.
https://uk.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/contact-passport-unit/passport-enquiries-form/
I started the process and got an appointment but cancelled because I was no longer traveling. Im not sure if it would be a CRBA but from my experience they are responsive so you could enquire.
