We just printed the interview confirmation and it was enough. Printing the DS-260 confirmation page is not that difficult. When you login to NVC just navigate to your DS-260 form you completed online. It's the page with two barcodes on it.
Go to ceac. Click on the iv application. Click "next" at the bottom right hand side until you reach to the very last page and you will see there the barcoded ds260 confirmation page. Click PRINT CONFIRMATION.
Print an extra copy so if you lose it again, you'll have another copy.
