We resend our AOS package on April 28th with USPS, and just got the text and email receipt from USCIS today May 19th. It took three weeks, hope to receive the I-797 notice in the mail soon.

SAME! Our case was approved Sept 2020, just received an email from NVC stating case has been sent to Guangzhou Consulate and CEAC updated to "Ready" on April 5. Does that mean the consulate is resuming routine visa services? (not plaintiff in the Milligan case nor expedited our case)

We filed our petition on March 15th, 2021 and is yet to receive a receipt notice from USCIS. USPS indicated it was delivered to the lockbox in Chicago on March 22nd, 2021. My current B2 visa expires today April 2, should I be worried? Hope we can receive the receipt notice I-797 soon.
