were here now in chicago bu then the immigration tolds us from the point of entry at detroit that i need to bring my 1o year old son for the evaluation of his xray from teh st.lukes..weve already called the number which the immigration give us then they gave a number at niles cookk county dept.of public health how ever the lady there told us that we need to go to chicago because our address now is in chicago.jsut to explain:becaue my fiance just moved from lincolnwood to chicago 1 week ago before we arrive.so from the immigration they took the old address.but since my fiance needs to show his proof of reidency at public health he wasnt able to proved proof of residnecy which states to his previous address at lincolnwood he only have the recent one from chicago.so jsut to make it short were loooking for those who have experince like this?how much do we need to pay?

is there anyone from chicago who experince same thing like ours?pls help us..we really appreciate it so much

Well, after a 55 week visajourney which brought our beautiful son into the world along the way, the journey is finally coming to an end. My wife and son will be flying out of Manila on this coming tuesday night! Thank you to everyone who has been very helpful to us along the way, especially Mike and Karen and happywifeymom. Your advice has helped make this transition smooth for us and we can't thank you enough. For those of you who are just begining, never give up! I will still be checking in with this site from time to time, so please feel free to ask any questions, especially those who are applying for a CRBA. i would like to ask regarding crba..the ACS asked for additional docs and weve submitted the additional docs they asked aug 13 the screener alreayd received the docs and he said if there is lacking they will call again..but im very sure that the additonal docs that we submiitedd is already enough to proof that im here in US for 5 years..so my wife waited for the call thu,fri until 1 week later no call from acs.now its 13 days waiting for the us passport of my baby girl..some says if the ACS didnt call thats a positive sign that everything perfectly fine no need to worry the us passport is on process and since the ACs didnt call we assume that things are good.so now were just waiting for the us passport does it really delivered door to door ?did the acs call u wen they will deliver the us passport?does it takes 14 days or 2 weeks exactly then they will deliver the passport..were realyconfuse and worried pls help us...i hope eveything is fine..and were praying i knw Godis good and his working everyminute for my babys us passport..

aug13 the acs received the additional docs they ask for my baby us citizenship..since then they didnt call..im worried some says nothing to worry coz ia positive sign meaning they approved and process baby us passport...and wait for 2 weeks for delivery?is that exactly 14 days they will deliver?door to door?

he has only tax record 2001.the agent said 1999 tax transcript takes 2-3 months.one thing he kept is his tax return 1040 year 2001?y is dis not acceptable?hw aboout the school records/

i just want to ask to all who finished crba.the embassy is asking for additional requirements for proof of physical presence in US for 1 year prior 2003...

so if i understand we have to submit proof 2002 and below...just 1 year?

i have here my fiance scan income tax return 1040 year 2001,ss earning statement,life insurance policy signed 2001,school record for year 1988,certificate of attendance for school year 1988.are this docs all fine...i believe they only ask for 1 year coz ive already prove the 4 years im praying all this docs are all fine because we have to go to us as asap because my visa will expire.

the CO said just provide the one more year prior 2003 and they will issue the passport. is my baby already approve?

pls help me ive been praying and crying for couple of weeks regarding this..i hope and i pray my baby will grant his citizenship..i knw God will make a way...

does scan (emailed)document such as tax return 1040 will be fine?

my baby just finshed her crba interview yesterday july20 at manila us embassy....actually the interview went fine but the CO said she just need one more tax record of my fiance which is 2002 becuase i only submit 2003-2007 which is counted as 4 years of physially present at US,they need 5 years so im lacking 1 more year before 2003 so she told me she just need one year which is 2002 tax/w2..here my question i wasnt able to ask because shes in hurry i can tell that because its alreayd 1pm and she havent finish interviewing the other aplicants.so as far as i remember she said just submit the 2002 tax records via courier and once the embassy receive it the us passport will be issue.anyone have been in the same situation like ours?

do i need to send it thru courier or i cn drop it at embassy?do i need to call the embassy for the process of the us passport of my baby once i submit the 2002 tax or just wait for the delivery???how cn i be sure that ones they receive the w2 2002 they will issu the us passport?they never told me if im going to have another interview or what?????does itmean my baby is already aprroved for her us passport?i just need tosubmit the additional docs theyve been asking?

and another thing mga sis.reuired ba tlga kukuhanan ko ng Phil.passport ung baby girl ko na us citizen?what if yaw nmin sya kuhanan muna ng Phil.passort Us pasport muna gamitin nya palabas ng pilinas?questionin ba ako gn immigration pag kumuha ako ng exit permit nya or ok lng?worry ko kc bka mahirap kumuha ng exit permit at bka madami pang tanong pag dating sa immigration sa airport...advice nmn jn mga sis.

oooo so for example u will fly via PAL and connecting with UNITED, and they charge u for excess baggage, u will pay 2 charges? for PAL and UNITED???

They won't charge you if you don't have excess baggage from what is allowed.. i had 2 carry on baggage with me with baby on lap. Better check ur airlines and call them if you can.

Also does your baby don't have a ticket (coz you said he will be on ur lap). You better be sure that you paid for your baby's tax.

I did not have to purchase a ticket for my 2 months old but i paid over$200 for his tax.I did'nt know it till i was at the airport otherwise they won't allow my baby to fly with me.
