The file was opened on the 18th of January but nothing else since And no change or request from them

Same here. There were 2 members that were both updated on Jan 18 and had their interviews after us and both were issued. I have no idea what they are doing. I am really hoping that we get issued soon. I will keep you posted. Please do the same.
