My petion was approved on 07, do I have to use 04-05-06 tax year or can i use 05-06-07 tax year... reason I did not file 04 tax year and now the requirment is form I-864 support form.. any info would be helpful

Its been a long while for this process to come but its here. Recieved the NVC notice and sent to Colombia E.

My questions is the I have to fill out a I-134 support form.. thats OK, But do i have to show 3yrs of taxes.. I only have 05-06 not 04 is there a problem or not does any one knows any help will do...

I recived a letter from USCIS from I-797requesting more evidence states that did not put my name and my fiance name on the pictures that I sent, and the statement also did not have the dates that we meet for the first time. my question is the only thing is to resubmit the pictures with the names,dates, location and the statement with the date that we meet. did any one ran into this also, should I also send more evidence

what is more evidence - I have only my passport , and some hotel reciept with only my name on it..
