WE GOT AN APPROVAL NOTICE IN THE MAIL TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Althought the USCIS site still says the same 'ol thing. I have the approval notice in my hand!!!!! Hang in there guys approvals are coming slowly but surely.
Take care all!!!!!
This is wonderful for you----you didn't get the CRIS email or anything?
We got a touch on the 18th, which is was the approval date, but no email. So maybe if you got a touch recently your approval is on the way.

Hi,
I need help. What do I need to do? My fiancee has moved during the process of getting her visa. We should be very close in getting NOA2, less than a month. She is still living in the same city and same district. I am sure this is going to cause major delays in her getting her visa.
Any advice on what I need to do?
Thanks
Once you know GUZ has the petition, you can notify them by email of her new address. You could also notify NVC when the case gets there. It's mostly a waist of time to notify USCIS.
Thanks for the information.

Hi everyone,
I have been in contact with Visa Attorney Karyn Duff. Is anyone here familiar with her? Is she good, honest, reliable?
I am using her as my attorney to attempt to get my and my fiancee visa. She is very responsive to answering your questions by email, she has always answered my emails in a timely manner. Plus you can't bet her prices.

Here is a question for those who have received their NOA2. How and where are you getting the info that your case has been received by the National Visa Center and that it has left the NVC? I know that you receive a letter but I see no dates stating such info about receiving/leaving.
Thanks in advance
