Funk

Hello, 

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a delay in getting a receipt for AOS submission to the Phoenix Lockbox. I sent the application Dec 14 and it was sign for on Dec 15, but I have not gotten a receipt and the check has not been cashed. 

I know a few people that that sent their application to the Chicago Lockbox and received a receipt within a couple days.

I emailed a little after 30 days and got an automated reply, nothing else, and called two days ago. She said that there was an increase in filings in Oct-Dec and that I should get the NoA1 by Jan 15. She was nice enough but I'm not sure if those were just things to say or if they were indeed based on something. Glad to know I'm not the only one waiting... (although obviously I wish none of us were waiting!)

Just curious how did you get passed the automation to talk to a representative? I have tried many times and eventually the automated system just says "We can't help you thanks for calling" and hangs up on me. I haven't been able to talk to anyone since September.
