    Question. So I-485 approved IB6 category. But on approval notice says Notice type: approval notice, section: alien worker, Form I-140, coa: IB6, applicant never filed for I-140, he is VAWA applicant. what shall he do next ? Write to Vermont and point out the mistake ? Need to send GC card along with as well ? if that will take time, can he apply for EAD/AP approval as GC is already approved ?

    Just 360 receipt number. I didn’t received receipt. Only my attorney did. How can I remove attorney from my case ?

    Question: I filed whole application by myself I-360/I-485, when i get RFE for my I485, i hired Lawyer, and filled G-28 form, If USCIS will send any RFE for I-360 or PF, will they send it to my lawyer even though i just hired her for I-485? How i can remove my lawyer from my case now?

    USCIS will not tell you what they found in the inquiry. USCIS will get back to you, or you can inquire through congressmen or you can send letter to USCIS Vermont, all the best,

    @God is a good God @asimove @Sandra G. My 601 RFE is not telling me on what address i need to send my response to. I sent my response to Vermont and check has been processed. Now, i am keep asking my lawyer to send updated/response information to local field office but she is reluctant, Is it mandatory to send response information to local field office? Will they deny my 601 if i will not let my local field office know? I have only 2 days left to send the response. please reply.

    Yup thats the plan, if lawyer wont help, i will do it myself, this is the last time i hired lawyer, life was a mess, took mental toll, was not in condition to handle stuff on my own,
