We met on MySpace in December of 2006. I was a deployed soldier and I had nothing better to do than make some new friends. It was not until a few months later when I was talking with Anna every day for several hours that I realized just how good of a friend I had made. We have so many things in common.....and yet in so many ways our lives are very different. In July of 2007 I had 2 weeks leave from the Army, so I traveled to China to meet Anna in person. Well, it did not take long at all in China to realize that we were meant to be together. I was always afraid that when meeting a person in real life that you had only known from the internet it would not be as you had hoped. She was everything that I had hoped and more. I am still deployed as of right now, August 2007, but this deployment and my Army career are winding down. I am going to go to China in January and spend six months there, maybe working as an English teacher. We figured that now was the time to file for the visa because after some research we have found that it can take quite a while. Any help and support is more than welcome.
