Hi guys,

When I arrived in the US, the CBP has entered my middle name as my first name and now both, my first and middle name, are connected to one long name. We didn't go back to the CBP office to fix it because it would have meant to drive all the way to LAX and the I-94 was about to expire so that we wouldn't have been able to get a SSN card. However, the name is also wrong on my SSN card and now that I got my EAD, I intend to fix it. Unfortunately, I need to send the documents in to get the corrected SSN card, because we cannot go to the social security office in person. Has any of you done that before? I looked on their website and it looks like the only documents I need to send in are the application and I-766 (Employment Authorization Document). Is that correct? There is technically no name change - I just want the correct name on my SSN card.
