DQ May 21st, 2020 and Interview date is 15th March, 2021 as well Alhamdulillah.

Yes once she file return for 2020 she would fedex you the whole package with tax returns and Itin form where you will sign and send it back to irs acceptance agent. That is how i did mine. There may be different way to acquire ITIN.

It took me about about 4 months but during that time covid was at peak and offices were close. Should be faster now. Yes your wife can apple for you but you will have to do the orignal signatures. Ask your wife to do it through any irs acceptance agent. 

I got mine with when i did my last year taxes. I got mine in mail. provide your USA mailing address. 

Mine was dQ on the 21st of May, 2020. I am still waiting. Hopefully any time soon.
