  1. Hello,

We submitted September 9. And we had our I-864EZ rejected because by accident we only scanned 5 out of the 7 pages of the form. Does anyone know if we have to wait another 3 months to get reviewed or the process can be sped up by any chance or method? Literally everything else was accepted and we screwed up by not scanning all the pages I the form.

    Thank you

    Hello,

Today we received an email from NVC stating the following:

    Quote

    Dear Sir/Madam,

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Santiago is willing to expedite this case when we have received and reviewed all fees, forms, and once case is documentarily completed.

If you have not already done so, please pay your fees and submit Form DS-260 at https://ceac.state.gov . Follow instructions from NVC to submit your Affidavit of Support Form (if applicable) and civil documents.

Please note that only the U.S. Embassy or Consulate has the ability to approve or deny expedite requests.

Does anyone know if it means we have been expedited or not?

    Thank you!

  3. Hello,

With my wife we submitted online on the CEAC website all the documents and forms required by NVC on September 9, 2021.

Are we supposed to get any kind of email like a confirmation or we just have to wait for them to review the documents and give the final answer?

I checked on the CEAC website the application status and it shows the following message

Is that normal or something got messed up?

    Thank you very much!

  4. Hello,

With my wife we had recently our I-130 for CR-1 visa approved. As we were doing some research we found out that the NVC stage could take a couple months plus another months to wait for the interview at the embassy (Santiago, Chile).

Therefore we wanted to ask if it's possible to enter the US with an approved I-130, currently I (beneficiary) have a valid B2 visa to enter the US but we aren't sure if I would be allowed to enter.

Edit: I (beneficiary) currently live in Chile, while my wife is living in the US.

TL;DR --> Is it possible to visit the US on a B2 visa with an approved I-130? Or is it not recommended?

    Thank you very much!
