Hello everyone,

My husband has an interview next month. I filled I-864 last year. I was wondering do i have to redo an update I-864 form with the 2021 information. 

The representative told me not to touch anytime. Not to add or delete nothing. 

I was sent two emails to upload my Divorces by the financial representative. I called NVC. She could see all my documents where in and accepted. She told me she was going to send my case to supervisory review and it will make another 6 wks. Has everyone been on this situation before and if so. How long did it take to hear back from them.

The "rule of thumb" is 60 days max after they receive your response to the RFE

OMG i just found out our application is on POTOMAC. I'm thinking about submitting a K3. I'm afraid is going to take 3 years before my Hubby gets here. 

Hi everyone, 

I was just wondering, my husband and I received  Notice from USCIS our case is being actively reviewed by USCIS on sept 4.  If we get a Request for evidence how long after they received the information do they normally make a decision?  Our 6 months date from the time we submitted is Oct 15.  This waiting is killing me.

USCIS received my I-130 petition on March 2, 2021 and informed me it was being processed in Nebraska. Two weeks ago I filed for K-3 just because I've heard the rumors that it can speed up the I-130 process. 

 

My petition was approved yesterday (April 22). Actually kinda amazed at the turnaround time because I'm still waiting for the IRS to process my paper returns (yikes!)
