I134 LIKE name of spouse and children accompaying or following to join person, he just put blank, then in the ds 156 he always put blank instead of none.

i submitted the ff. original documents :

birth cert.

NBI clearance

you could bring the other original docs just in case they will ask for it, as some other CO would, but bring a copy for back ups. like i brought all the original recipts, plane tickets, letter from the bank etc for proof of relationship but what i presented are all copies from it (if they ask for the original ones, then there wont be a prob) good luck
