Household moves that qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period:

    • Moving to a new home in a new ZIP code or county
    • Moving to the U.S. from a foreign country or United States territory
    • If you're a student, moving to or from the place you attend school
    • If you're a seasonal worker, moving to or from the place you both live and work
    • Moving to or from a shelter or other transitional housing

    Thank you!

An update merely indicates that a file was opened.....nothing more.

Just an update from this case, they send an email to my wife to schedule another follow up appointment. Is this is a good sign or bad? They already kept her passport from last time.  Can anyone tell me if this ever happen to them? Do they want more information about me or my wife?

  4. In Nov 4 my spouse, had an interview in Georgetown Guyana. She was given a 221g form, that sated, they wanted my 2019 tax w2 transcript and my household sponsor as well. I email them the 2019 transcript to that email that was provided. I also uploaded to the ceac.state email Fast forward today my visa status still show refused. I email the consulate about 2 or 3 times. I got a response only 1 time saying they receive my document an it is in pending. Each time I email them the case date status update, but still say refuse. Do I need to hire a lawyer for this? Any help is welcome.
