Ok. That must be it. Maybe they have not looked at the paper yet. It will say refused until they do at change it. They should change it soon. You may need to contact them. So the release the visa.

They told him he was approved that day. I did not check the visa status until 2 days later and it said "Issued".
Are they waiting on more info? It will say that if they are waiting on anything.
The website shows it was printed on the 19th but we haven't received it yet. Hopefully this week.
