My brother he overstay and I'm going to be UScitizen. I just wondering if I can sponsor my brother and support him to do legal to live in United State? Could you please help me and tell me how. Also, it possible or not? thank you
How long is his overstay?
he over stay about 4 or 5 years now. So, can I do any paperwork for him to live legal in Unitedstate?

When completing the I-751 application, can you leave blanks or should you fill in every space, even those that do not apply, with N/A or NONE. For example, the section where you would list children does not apply to us, as we have none. Should we leave it blank or simply list NONE?
I realize this may be a dumb question, but I ask because I seem to remember when we were working on our Fiance Visa and our AOS paperwork, our lawyer had told us to fill in every single blank. We're not using a lawyer this time around, and I'd hate to have our stuff sent back because we completed the application incorrectly. I didn't see anything that addressed this on the instructions for filling out the form.
Again, sorry for the dumb question, thank you for always humoring me!
Yes, some with N/A ir NONE. I think some post here they have all the detail how to fill I751 form. I always follows them so, I just got my 10 GC here.

Check the fine print on the receipt notice. Ours specifically stated that we would not be able to look up the case until getting the biometrics notice. Once we got the biometrics notice, we used the number on that (which is different than the number on the NOA) to find the case online.
That's right. I was wondering if everyone else's extension letters said that as a lot of people seem to post this question. My extension letter said the same thing so i waited for the biometrics NOA and used the number on it.
I also have a problem not be able to see the case in the first notice too. But after that I got the 2nd notice (fingerprint notice) you can check from that. it's different from the NOA1 notice. So, use the fingerprint notice to check your case online. That's the right one.

Thank you everyone for helping my brother situation. I My brother he came here legally and he didn't cross the border like a lot of people doing. So, he love his girlfriend and want to build his family here, pay tax, work legal. this is the best way that he want to do the right thing. I'm very appreciate for everyone to support and helping my brother. Your guys are the light in darkness. I will tell my brother how awsome your guys are. Thank you verymuch again.

My brother he is going to get married with his girlfriend UScitizen. He is overstay about 5 years already. He don't know how to start all the processing about the immigration. I feel sorry about my brother and his girlfriend. So, did anyone know how he start? And what he gonna do? I try to help him. And he didn't have much money for lawyer. So, that's why I need your guys to tell me how to do all the process. What he need to do. Thank you.

My check was cashed today!
It will only appear in my bank as a image tonight and I'll be able to see who cashed it. Crossing fingers it was CSC (my info above is incorrect, I filed at NSC

Yes, I filed to NSC on Sept 18th, my check was cashed today AND I received my NOA1.=, my case has been transfered to Cali too
I just checked my bank account again and nothing yet. Maybe my bank is a little slow in posting things. As long as we have NOA1 we're satisfied. From what I've been seeing it looks like cases in California move along relatively fast. I've also seen approvals without interviews. Hopefully our cases will be the same.
I file I751 in NSC on September 4 and my check get cash on September 24. So, you have to waiting your check cash about 2 or 3 weeks and then 1 or 2 weeks you will get fingerprint appointment too. Good luck

well, a little more than 3 weeks, and nothing from TSC, check not even cashed
Let give USCIS one more week or 10 days ok. I just came back from Las vegas lastnight. And then I open my mail box , Wow.....I got my appointment for my fingerprint. The ASC Appointment Notice said my appointment for fingerprint going to be on 10/26/07 1.00 pm at USCIS Naperville, IL. So, hope everything ok. I got my first NOA 09/24/07 and NOA2 for fingerprint about October 1. So, about a week from the first NOA.
I have to bring some of paper works and my ID with. This is all what did they said in NOA.
When you go to the application support center to have your biometrics taken , you must bring.
1. This appointment notice and
2. Photo Identification. Naturalization applicants must bring their Alien Registration Card. All other applicants must bring a passport , driver's license, national ID, military ID, or State-issued photo ID. If you appear with out proper identification, your biometrics may not be taken.

You have to wait for the biometrics letter - the number on it is the one that works with the online status feature.
i got a same problem here . so am i gonna get a new number on NOA 2 (finger print)?
Me too. I try to check my case status in uscis.gov but still invalid. I didn't get any fingerprint notice yet. So, hope coming soon.

I-751 mailed to TSC on 9/18 Via Next Day Mail
Recieved on 9/20 because I guess the post man did not make it there the next day.
No Check Cashed yet.
Be cool. It's coming soon ok. I hope my NOA2 finger print coming for this week. But I'm going to Las Vegas this week, I will back again on Saturday. Keep praying for everyone.

Our check got cashed yesterday too (actually, the date on the check says 09/25, but it cleared the bank yesterday) and it looks like we were transferred to CSC because the receipt # says WAC.
I got all excited checking the mailbox today, hoping for the NOA...but still no NOA!
Ah well!
Did you get the first NOA1 yet? NOA1 telling you about they receive your check and your application I751, also show you can travel and work one year before you get new 10 years GC. I still waiting for NOA2 for fingerprint, hopefully coming soon. You will get a NOA1 pretty soon.Good luck.

I just wondering about NOA for I751. In NOA1 I saw Petitioner why USCIS put my name to be petitioner? I just wonder why not be my husband who's US Citizen. Did anyone know about this? Please give me an answer. Thank you.
It's because YOU and not your USC husband is filing for removal of conditions on YOUR conditional permanent resident card.

i filed mine on Sep 11, got the confirmation that it was received, but no other word yet.
My check just cash yesterday 09/24/2007. I just check my account this morning.
This is my time line that I sent my I751 to NSC.
August 31,2007 send out my I751 to NSC by regular mail.
September 2,2007 I751 received at NSC
September 24,2007 received my NOA1 Notice date is on September 4, 2007 by CSC
Check cashed on September 24,2007

Can he stay here and waiting for do all the paper work? My brother he can't go back to his home town right now. He have to work for support his family. So, do you think have another way to do for support him? thank you Any Idea?
