Hi,
I am the Agent of Choice for my daughter(recently upgraded to First Category, unmarried over 21 daughter of US Citizen).
Her priority date is Apr 07 filed as F2b,I have paid the AOS fee bill and am in the process of collecting paperwork for that.
I have recently received the IV fee invoice, I know I have to pay this within 12 months, can anyone tell me what the approximate timeline is to interview stage once the bill has been paid?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
Carol

No harm in trying to get a case number beforehand.

Hi everyone, I have just registered after months of reading these forums.
My daughter's petition(unmarried over 21) only took 2 months to approval, now I'm waiting to hear from NVC.
Should I wait for the recommended 90 days before calling for a case number?
I realize that it's going to be several years before she can apply for a visa number but I was shocked to get the approval notice after only 2 months.
Cheers, Carol
This is awesome news! My stepson is (unmarried over 21) and we were advised it would take 4 years for an approval. WOW!!! I am shocked. Congratulations!!!!
Yes, it's great news, now the long wait begins. According to the Visa Bulletin it'll be 9 years!!!

Hi,
I received the same message and I think it means your case has been completed. I called the customer service number and the automated message confirmed that my case has been completed. It also said to call back if I haven't heard anything after 8 weeks.
