I was wondering if anyone knew if a Dissolution of Customary Marriage is considered a divorce decree? There is also two other documents confirming the signatures and signed by the deputy judicial secretary and the the deputy director verifying the dissolution. However, those two documents have a different date from the Dissolution of Customary Marriage document. If we were married after obtaining the Dissolution of Customary Marriage document and later obtained the other two documents, is this okay?

I was wondering if anyone knew if a Dissolution of Customary Marriage is considered a divorce decree?
