If you want to keep an ongoing archive of your conversations, follow the steps below. (These instructions are for MSN Messenger 8.1.)
Log on to MSN, Go to Tools and then Options. Highlight the "Message" link and under the "Message History" section, click "Automatically keep a history of my conversations". Then select the folder you want to save your conversations. Click Apply and then msn will record all of your msn chats by user ID. You can then print a 100 page (or more), timestamped document showing all your conversations as proof of an on-going relationship.

I agree with you lucho and it is a fair comment. It is not fair to other applicants. We agreed that if she did not like the US after five years, we would relocate to her home country. That is the only uncertainty we have at the moment. Thank you both for the quick replies.

Hello All,
I just send in my I-129F Petition on 7/24/07. I have only received confirmation that it has arrived at the immigration center from the USPS. Instead of getting married so soon, we are thinking that she should apply for a student visa to study ESL and then see if she likes the US and living with me. My question is, at this early stage, how do I cancel the K-1 Petition and will it affect her ability to get a student visa when she applies for one?

My NOA1 is dated 8/2/07. I just received an email from USCIS saying approval notice sent on 12/7/07! First step finished, now time to start reading up again on what to do next.
