You're at USCIS so that is where you will make your contact with your inquiry. Have you tried:
USCIS has established a toll-free military help line exclusively for members of the military and their families. USCIS customer service specialists are available to answer calls Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (CST), excluding federal holidays. After-hours callers receive an email address that they can use to contact USCIS for assistance.
•Military Help Line: 1-877-CIS-4MIL (1-877-247-4645)
Thank you for your service. Navy Vet here.
I have called this number. Every time I call I always get the automated machine and it won’t forward me to an agent. I even tried the non military line. I’ve called more than ten times during their open hours. I even emailed the military assistance email and they emailed back saying I emailed the wrong people. Gave instructions to call the military help line but it doesn’t seem to work at all.

Hey Y'all,
I'm sure this has been asked ALOT! Either way I'm going to ask because I'm having troubles doing a expedite request for my K1 visa. My first question is at what point do I request an expedite request, after NOA1 to USCIS or after NVC? The second question is when I call USCIS Military help line I can't speak to an actual person. Does anyone know how to talk to an agent? I'm in the military and trying to expedite my petition due to my current job location.
Thank You,
Wyatt
