I just sent in my I-129F to the California Service Center with a copy my NOI for the I-130 I filled in September 2007 and processed on January 7th, 2008.

Do you guys think it was ok to send it without a Payment???? I ask becuase I research everywhere and teh USCIS site states that there i sno fee and well...I find that sooo hard to believe!!!! Wish me luck guys I hope it doen't get rejected over not having a Check enclosed

Hi I was looking through this site and was wondering what the outcome was of you research? Did you end up marrying in CR and applying for a K3 here in the US? I ask because I am just about to go though that and would love to hear the details from someone who has actually gone throuh this process and understands it better than me.

Hi all I'm looking to meet some people who are going through this same experience of having married someone you love in Costa Rica and going through the petition steps to bring them into the USA. If you are already involved in the process or about to start please respond... I am about to submit my I-130 the first week of August yet I feel lost and looking to create a support system thru this experience.
