Same here. Pending since Nov 9th and still In Process. I’m assuming because of COVID they could be overwhelmed and have suspended pending applications to a later date. The issue is we have paid for a service that states online should only take 2/3 working days and they are ignoring our requests to find out what is happening. Would be nice to be informed of a clear situation or they should update their website

We had a similar issue. Payment didn't go through changing from "In process" to "Pay now". My husband sent them an email. In few days he tried again and it was successfully paid. Certainly their website has glitches. Hope you will get your fee paid soon.

Hi hoping someone can clarify as the NVC could not. Currently filing for cr1 visa and I’m at the nvc stage. Fees to the nvc have been requested and paid for which should generally take 3 working days to clear but it’s now been 3 weeks and the information still says In Process. Spoke to nvc after many attempts and all they said was they are having payment issues then hung up the phone. Anybody else had long delays before status changed to “Paid” and they could access DS260?

Any luck with your interview dates?
I received my confirmation from NVC on 20th Jan but am still waiting for an interview date to be made for the london consulate
