CR-1 Visa Approved! Zoom Ceremony.
My husband and I married through Utah Online marriage ceremony in September 2020. I visited him in Costa Rica in October 2020 and filed for the CR-1. Our I-130 was approved January 29, 2021. We were DQ in the NVC on February 16, 2021 and received our interview date on February 24th.
My husband passed his interview this morning and now we await his passport and POE in the coming weeks.
Hi Congratulations 💕💕 could you please help me by letting me know what site you used to get married online the Utah link please.

Thank you!
I am in Louisiana, neither of us were present in Utah, nor together, nor with the officiant physically. The marriage certificate and the marriage itself is legally considered to have occured in Utah.
When they asked where he was married, he answered that it was online due to COVID and explained to the officer . I had been worried about answering this way, but he says the officer was just curious about it, not judgmental and did not have any follow up questions to the answer.
If you or anyone else has further questions, please ask! That's why I am sharing this, because I don't know of any of successes with online marriage yet!Hey wow so happy for you so do tell me are all marriages being allowed to happen online or did someone refer you to this Utah Officer. Do you have a directory of places we can call that allow online marriages please help that would be so grateful haven't seen my fiance in a year.

I'm assuming you are a spouse of US citizen per your profile info. If so, note that previous COVID proclamations have stated that people in your circumstance are exempt to the travel restriction. We'll have to wait to see if the South Africa COVID proclamation follows that trend. If it does follow that trend, then you'll just need "proof of a negative COVID-19 test or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19." https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/fr-proof-negative-test.html
Yes my fiance is a US PR and we meant to get married in March to start of our CR1 visa so right now I'm not in an specific special case. I was basically going to go see him on tourist and that option is clearly out of the picture

Does anyone know how long this Bannon South Africa will be.
Do you guys think it's possible to travel to another country and then fly to the states if you are from South Africa?.
Why couldn't they just require a negative covid test 💔 WANT TO SEE MY LOVE

Read again. One year is required, two additional years are optional if you believe it will help in the decision
Thank you so so much I can be nervous and ask stupid questions

Hi good people.
I was reading the rules on the I-864 form and it states that - The I-864 is the Affidavit of Support form that requires copies of the petitioners *past 3 U.S tax returns* (or tax transcripts)
What if I the spouse has Only been in the US for 2 years and do not have a 3rd year tax return what do we do. Has anybody ever been in such a situation.
Thank you in advance.

So are you saying I just fill it in and send it along with the initial form I-130 to USCIS at the beginning of my application?

How everyone please help me understand because I have googled and research with various information I am not to sure of the real facts where do you submit the form I-864 is it included in the initial application when you start of as a petitioner or do you wait until they actually request for it. When does one actually fill and submit this form please please help.
