  1. the cosular was not convinced of our relationship that it was geniune. because of 30yrs age difference that was the reason why the approval was revoked.

First, the K3 visa hasn't been viable for over a year, so if you refile it would be to start a CR1 or IR1 visa process. What you would be wise to do next depends on why the visa was denied and petition approval revoked, but certainly you're free to file a new I-130.

  2. You got a lot of responses from your prior posts, including my responses.

Now you post a new topic that is SIMILAR to your prior posts.

I have to wonder if you've read or understood what I wrote to you, in your prior topics ?

I'm not knocking ya, but this is getting repetitive.

If you don't understand what I've written to you, would be nice of you to actually SAY SO.

    Warmest Regards...

    Not really

  3. my current status is (Document production or Oath Ceremony ) :

On October 26, 2009, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of October 26, 2009, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283

Today my wife told me that she has not received any document(DS-3032,DS-230) from the NVC .

but the officer told her that i will go to the interview in the embassy and swear to get the visa.

honestly i can not understand anything.... :innocent:

    i am confused

  4. The USCIS sent RFE for my wife before 2 monthes asked her if she saw me since we got married (3 years ago) and she answered NO because she did not has enough money for that. they approved the I-130 petition after that.

my current status is (Document production or Oath Ceremony ) :

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a green card) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, refugee travel documents or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application

  5. i have not seen my wife since about 3 years will that affect badly on my CR1 interview.

because my wife do not have enough money to buy the ticket...

CR-1? your timelines show K3 Proof of having met in past two years? Why did the embassy returned the petition to USCIS?

they returned the petition for further review and last week i got the following email from the USCIS :

On October 26, 2009, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of October 26, 2009, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-5283. the USCIS officer told my wife congragulations that we will be togethor soon and i will be notified by the embassy about the date that i will go there and swear to get the visa.

but honestly i m worried because i have not seen my wife since 3 years

  6. the K3 was returned, not the I-130.

IMO - it's the I-130 that's in play now, that yer getting status on.

FWIW, contact DOS hotline, get a human ON THE PHONE (I'm repeating myself here), and have the USC SPOUSE inquire about stuff.

As for 'return the I-130 petition back to uscis' - sure - but that only happens if ya FAIL at the interview, if you are DENIED the visa at the INTERVIEW.

Look - the I-130 wound it's way through the system after all this time. Now there's the end-game - the VISA INTERVIEW.

I feel yer not really making positive steps to PREP for the interview.

You really need to contact the USC spouse, SHE needs to pick up a telephone, call NVC, get the casenumber, then call DOS and inquire about status.

Prep the new stuff I've already mentioned - it's needed prior to interview day.

More Confusion !!! -> The K-3 and I-130 petitions have DIFFERENT CASE NUMBERS - so that's 2 cases to get status on, not ONE !

If it's a simple matter of 'she doesn't know the phone numbers' - please, say so ...

my wife called the USCIS and the officer told her that she will recieve a document within 30 days. and i will be informed by the embassy about the appointment.the officer told my wife about the denied K3 visa that it is registered on the their records.

i have not met my wife since Feb.,2007 ,will that affect on the next interview???

but the Officer said that finally we will be togethor, Congragulationsss.

  7. or, Version 2 :D

    ASSUMPTION:

I-130 petition finished up at NVC, made it over to Consulate.

    Namechecks took additional time.

    NOW Namechecks are finished.

NOW Consulate is ready to interview you.

NEEDED BY YOU , PRIOR TO INTERVIEW:

    1. New Medical Exam.

    2. Current I-864 from USC Spouse.

    3. Optional - updated DS-230 Part I and II.

Seriously - ask yer USC Spouse to call into the DOS Hotline, talk to a human.

I've no idea how the Consulate in Jordan handles the SCHEDULING of INTERVIEWS - but...

Usually a P4 document with appointment letter is sent out - so if you've moved since the last interview - they can't find you, to send out the P4 document.

    GOOD LUCK !

    Warmest Regards..

do there is a probability to returun the I-130 petition back to USCIS again this time??

the USCIS told my wife congragulation we will be togethor......only i will swear and then i will get the GC that what did they say.!!!!

that do not mean a probability i think

  8. have the USC call NVC, ask for case status. Same thing for DOS.

    BUT...

Perhaps the I-130 was approved? All is strange. You DID get a notice about the USCIS review, yes?

Perhaps what you are looking at NOW , is that the petition was re-approved at USCIS - so now it's time to get on with the rest of it.

ANYWAY - have the USC make some phone calls, get busy.

IIRC, ya, there will be another interview at a US Embassy/Consulate.

    Congrats!

they told my wife that i will go to the embassy and swear to get the visa (GC)

    i think that is strange!!!!!

the I-130 was approved on 14/9/2007

    the K3 visa was denied

  9. Hello everybody,,,,

i had my K3 visa interview on 22,January,2008 and i was denied.

i just checked the status of my I-130 application and it stated that :

    Document production or Oath Ceremony

that when my wife called the USCIS they told her congragulations that we will be togethor finally.

    i am so confused!!!

the question that will i have another interview in the embassy and if so is it possible to return the petition back to USCIS again???

will i need to collect a new documents for the interview???

    please help

  10. Dear friend

this is 221g letter i got.

Based on this findings of the investigation, the embassy concludes that you are ineligible for a visa in this category. we have returned your immigration visa petition back to the approving USCIS office in united state.Henceforth no futher action will be tanen on your case by our office.

in this letter they not mention that why they refused visa.
