I am in USA with a B1/B2 visa and I also met my fiance whom i dated online for 1 and half years now though she is almost 20 yrs elder than me.But we are just one soul. So my question is pls advice whats the way I shd take :

a) I can go back to India and apply for a K1.

OR

B) I can come back again in a business visa after few months and marry her here and then apply for adjustment of status.

OR

c) I can come back again in a business visa after few months and marry her here and then go back and apply for K3.

2nd question is that she earns $ 30,000/yr ( approx) .So wd it be ok for her to sponsor me herself, or i need a co sponsor.( she has no dependent children ) ........

Can someone help me by letting me know that whether a co sponsor for I-134 need to be a US citizen ?? Or he /she can be my relative from my own country (India) just showing the money & details

As I saw here http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf its written that

"If you are outside the United States, the affidavitmust be sworn to or notice affirmed before a U.S.consular or immigration officer." But I am not too sure what they mena by that.

Now she wants to have a contract with me , and the contract period being 1-2 years.Now after going back to India what visa shd I apply for ....and what all I have to show to the consulate In Kolkata .

Can someone please advice me ???

An Visa agent here has told me that Its good if I can show any occassion out at my cousin`s place , who is sponsoring me.Any occassion as his son`s birthday or I wd be there to visit his newborn etc etc .......... is these things necessary ?? or a plain and good invitation leter would serve his purpose ??

2ndly to answer Maya , yes my letter from Institute states that my project has to be diposited within December and my campus interview wd be assigned after I return from the trip .

3rdly anyone aware of the appartment issue ??? We have a appartment in which we live.But thats in Dad`s name.So is it very necessary to show it in my name, making Dad declare on a Notary Stamp Paper ??If he declares now , just before the visa application , wont that look suspicious ??

I was out of Kolkata for a few days .But now back and now making preparations for applying for my Tourist Visa to USA for 20 days.I am 30 .Now I am making arrangements to show the following :

a) MY Cousin who is a citizen there is sponsoring my for everything there and the both way fares.I am waiting for The I-134 as well as the invitation letter from him.

B) Invitation letter also from my cousin sister & my friend , to visit them.Thus I wd be having 3 invitation letters.

c) Bank A/c here in India that has exited in India That is existent for over 10 yrs.However I am showing as I am student now( taking a specialised course ) , my father is providing me the pocket money.But this money I am showing is my own from a job I was in , and has been kept stored with my dad.

d) Since I am a freelancer at the present moment I am showing that I am on a 3D project for last 1 & half yrs and its still continuing and I wd return and finish the project to get the certificate.So a letter from my Institute.

e) My LIC, Mediclaim , PPF diposits that is continuing still now.

f) Also after i return I wd have a campus Interview , so I am going for a tour in the vaccation.

Needed to know the following :

a) I am showing my income tax return certificate for the period I ave been employed.Should I also have to show my dad`s income tax return certificates and bank statements as he is giving me the money in my account ??

Regarding a Visitor B1/B2 to USA for you, the Indian Citizen, this is very difficult to get.

1. You are saying that your father is sick. If your father is sick, what pressing business/personal reason do you have for leaving him and visiting the U.S.?

2. The fact that you have no income is not very good, as the Consular Official may think you are leaving India to get a job in the U.S.

3. Your bank account does not show evidence you will return to India - it just shows that you can afford the trip if they allow you to go.

4. I don't think you can choose the Consulate to apply at - it is probably based on your residence.

It is far, far easier for your U.S. fiancee to visit you.

Try another visa as cousins and cousins brothers aren't in the "line up" to apply.

You are way ahead of the curve here, the I-134 is used at the visa interview, and is not sent in with the I-129F petition.

The two I-134 packages should be acceptable at the visa interview.

I wanted to get bac k to this wonderful forum as I wanted to know something in specific that I want to recheck upon. I am an indian man while I am dating my fiance from USA for almost 1 yr now ..we wd arrange for tourist visas for meeting each pther ........before we file for K1.Now the thing is my Fiance is going o a shortage of finances lately and thus she cannt show the required amount on the I-134 , which I suppose has to be shown al least 125% above poverty level.Now to suffice the situation my cousin sister who is a citizen of USA would sign a I-134 for me in addition to my fiance . So She wd apply for K1 with two I-134 s .

Just needed to know ............ would this two I-134s be okkk & is it allowed ?? Or it would create an hassle and trouble for us ?? Pls advice .Its really urgent for me to know ............

Just here today to ask something specific as MAYA informed me that IMBRA is seriouslly an issue .Me and my fiance met at Indiamatch.com , where I am an Indian . ow just wanted to ask whether we shd mention that we met at Indiamatch and put a right on IMBRA section at I-29F. Or shd we totally forget that fact and say we met at yahoo messenger chat ?? As I saw here some people said that I-29F lengthens the process a lot . Pls advice
