thanks guys was worried that she would have to get a new passport with name change. My wifes cambodian passport is gonna expire in may/2009 I was just wondering should she get it renewed in case she needs to go back for family reasons?

Hey guys had a simple question my wife and I would like to travel to cambodia to visit her family next year. But Her Cambodian passport has her maiden name while her green card has my last name added to it since she took my last name, will we get hasseled by immigration when we re-enter the U.S. and I don't think she needs anything except her cambodian passport to get to cambodia.

depends which name she wants to use in the future! the name youre going to use in your aos paperwork is going to be on your green card! if you need to change the name on your green card later you have to file a certain form and pay a lot of money for the change.

So I can we go ahead and put my last name as her last now even if we haven't done any changes on her social security card. I wasn't sure when to do it because I know we got married but didn't think we could change her last name until we had her social security card changed over. So does that go for the bank account too or do you have to have an ID showing she has my last name?

Hi all, I´m filing for AOS and would like to know if it´s enough to send just one G-325A (non-USC) or if they also need another one from the USC. The guides say nothing about two of these forms so I figured that we only have to send the non-USC one... but just making sure

Ok I know I'm a dumbass and should've checked my petition more carefully, but I sent the copy of the petition to my fiance and she says I put the wrong city for her birth place. I guess I miss understood her. now my question is how to change that or contact the consulate about this mistake because I know they will probably will want to see her birth certificate. Please help me I'm such a dumbass I don't want my baby to be screwed for my own f*&ckup.

The spelling of my dads name and the address for my work is a little off. How do you contact the consulate about making changes the petition? Hey guys just looked over my 129f and noticed theresome errors.
