We got our interview appointment today - January 15 in Baltimore

My local office is also Baltimore and I filed on July 11. I've received my EAD and AP but still can't access 130/485 online and haven't received a interview date. My lawyer said that Baltimore is ssssllllloooowwww so I guess we just have to be patient. I know how frustrating it is to see that a lot of July filers already have their interview dates (and some even approved!).

Seems like a number of us have the same issue.

I can finally access 2 of my cases online - I131/765 but not I130/485 as yet.

The good news is that my EAD card production was ordered September 14

Me! NOA of 7/19/07 and biometrics done 8/8/07 - still not in the online system!

Coincidentally enough, within one hour of my posting this to VJ, my case is now online at the USCIS website

Like you say it's not a big deal but it would be nice to be able to see our cases online. BTW I had my biometrics on August 8.

I'm transferring from H-1B and filed I-485/I-130 in July. I also applied for EAD so that I can change jobs if I want to before my GC is approved (oh how I hate my current job ). And since I might change jobs and then wouldn't be working on my H-1b anymore I also applied for AP so that I can travel if necessary. So I sent off a big package with I-130, 485, 765 and 131 and as Dr_LHA said your wife will need to see a civil surgeon to get the I-693 medical form completed.

As for how long it will take - that is the million $ question!

I had my Biometrics appointment at the Baltimore ASC today. I arrived at 11.40 am for my 12 noon appointment. The escalator to the second floor was out of service and so they had to page a security guard to escort me in the elevator. When I arrived at the office I was the only one there! So as soon as I had filled out my form I got taken straight away for my fingerprinting and photo. It all went very smoothly and I was pleased that I could see all my information on the computer screen and the lady made me check everything was correct. When I left the office at 11.55 am there were two other people waiting. I still can't check my case online but at least I know I'm in there!

Now we wait for the interview

I'm a little late to the party but if possible could I be added to the July list?
