Your child will be your blessing. It's his loss,not yours. If you think he will take care of his responsibility, Iwould re-think that. Please remember you are not alone, this will work itself out. You have already taken the first step.

that is too bad, how long were u guys married, meaning does he have a 2 year greencard or a 10 year?

we just hit the two year mark in may. he has a condtional visa.

If you haven't he'll be out of status after the K3 is up.

He is on a conditional 2 year. status has not been adjusted. Honestly i am so hurt that they would use me like that that i want to send him back.

My case completed October 26, still no interview date. I have called almost everyday this week, NOTHING!!! I called department of state and was told that Kingston is so backed up that it is taking close to six months once the case get tot he embassy. I really dont believe it when someone on here has an interview date for January with case complete a a couple weeks before mine. I have asked if it is undergoing some additional review, NO. if something is wrong, NO. I can not figure out what it could be. Anythoughts. Also how many people going through Jamaica have January interviews, because I am beginning to wonder if its just our case.

Praying for a Jan interview!!!

I am sure that you will both have January interviews. From what I have seen with Kingston, if your case is completed mid-month, you will hear within the following month that an interview was scheduled. For those whose case is completed later in the month, you may not get an interview date until the month following the next month. There may be a cut off date. Case in point; my case was completed in mid-July while a friend of mine had her case completed 2 weeks before mine (end of June), we both were told in August that our interview dates were scheduled. By mid-December I am sure you will have good news to tell us all

Keep pestering them for your date once December rolls in. They start scheduling interviews the second week of every month, so keep on them.

FYI - a fellow VJ member who went through Kingston, Milan: her case was completed 9/12 and she was scheduled for a November interview in mid-October.

congratulations to all you lucky december folf, PRAYING TO GOD for a jan date!!!

I am hoping that this wait soon comes to an end, its stressful enough.

is there anyone other than myself with a case complete in october without an interview date. I see some people with december dates, even others with dates in january and as far as april. I have no date at all. has anyone had this problem? or are there others with october completes and no date yet?

is there anyone with october completes that have interview dates already? and for december for that matter? ive called yesterday and today, nothing yet!!!

I spoke with the NVC this morning and was told that they wont be scheduling interviews until next week from the 12-16, and the best time to call to see if one was scheduled for you would be after the 16th. She also told me that yes NVC does schedule inerviews but how many at each embassy depends on the amount of interviews that the embassy says it can handle that given month. She said once the embassy says we can handle 200 (for exmaple) interviews this month, they then schedule from there.

I am hoping that ours will be scheduled for december, Id like to have him home by then.

ok here goes, i received an email saying that USCIS sent a request for evidence yesterday for my k3. i think this is so weird because my I130 was approved with no rfe at all some months ago and close to complete at the visa center. isnt it weird that there were no questions about my marriage with the I130, but there is with the K3?
