Hi my interview was on 17 nov 2020 and I submitted documents to NVC before April. That time it was 2018 tax transcript and AOS of my joint sponsor. Now prior to interview i submitted my joint sponsor 2019 tax transcript as well which is enough to support me but they refused my visa and asked me upload AOS again that was already submitted and approved by NVC and 2019 tax transcript(submitted prior to intervoew).
