But generally, you need to send her a letter of invitation stating that you want her to vist you from this date to this date. It should also have your address, birthdate, passport number as well as hers'. It should state that you will take financial, legal and medical responsibity for her during the stay and that she will be residing with you at your home during the stay. Notarized it and sent it to her. From there she needs to go the embassy, fill out the Bvisa forms there, pay the fee and wait ... when she gets it then and only then buy the ticket! hi everybody today at 4pm i got the call to go pick up my visa thanks to everybody.

i was talking to a friend i have here and she said to call the consulate before his interview so that they will be familiar with this case so i was just wondering if anybody else here had done that .

well i heard it might be a good idea too and i'm sure it cant hurt so by chance would you have the number?

I have a question..Has anybody called the consulate for their husbands before the interview in cassablanca? if so what is the phone number and who did you speak with and what did you say?

it was just 4 months since the day we met online till the day she come and i think that is a short time .

thank you for being nice yes i know my wife is a beautiful woman and her look is what attracted me the first time i saw her and i love her so much but from those red flags we do have it would be very hard to proove that to them i have alot pictures and record calls mine and hers we have so many emails online conversations i know everything about her and her family so i think i wont find any difficulty answering the questions and her father is our co-sponsor and i think that is a plus what else do you think we can do ?

you will file for IR1 as you have been married for more then tow years .

the NVC will send your husband/wife the ds-3032 by regular mail .

you can email the NVC for the DS3032 it will save you time i emailed it to NVC and got it accepted in one week i dont know how long it takes actually . read james shortcuts

there is a big age different between us my wife doesn't look old but she is very older then me if there is any other red flags i am not sure i would think of the different religion she visited me just tow time the first one is when we got married and it was for 23 day and the second time it was for one month .the rep told my wife that they will send casablanca an email or letter stating that they dont have a problem with me coming there is that would help what else can i do ?

does casablanca denied CR1 cases ? i have seen just K1 and k3 got denied which take up to more then one year or it usually expired so what about the CR1 how long it takes to review after they returne it does it expire is there any cases CR1 got denied lately by casablanca i am having bad feelings about my interview june 25th thats why i need to know what will happend if i got denied .

you need to find a co-sponsor the NVC might approve it but i have seen ppl get they cases on hold at the consulates stating that the affidative of suport was't enough even the NVC approved it .good luck
