Please add us to the January list of filers. We filed our I-751 today 26 Jan. Our timeline is also updated. The journey begins ~ again.

It's hard to believe that it's finally over (for two years at least). Our interview was in February on a cold snowy morning which resulted in us having to submit more information to meet the requirements but our AOS was finally approved on April 16. The biggest obstacle was the I 864 but with that in order and both of us employed everything went through.
Thanks to all that posted and gave positive inspiration. And to those that are just starting on this part of the journey stay strong and do everything as requested. It's a long road but it will be well worth the wait.
We received our Green Card on April 28. This is absolutely wonderful!!!

We carefully prepared and finally mailed our AOS packet on 12/3. It will be much easier waiting together.

And you are right...I'm very happy and we are counting down the days until we are again reunited. -
Fully prepared Wil arrived early for his 1:30 pm interview. He had all the required documents and answered all of the interviewers questions. She was a very pleasant lady. Surprisingly Wil was quite calm and needless to say I was the nervous one waiting in the US at home for the results. The interview process took about 45 minutes and most of that was wait time. It was a very busy day at the consulate and things moved along quickly. Questions included ~ "tell me about your wife" and "your first time in the US". After confirming the information, and taking his fingerprints she smiled and said "I'm going to approve your application". Once Wil left the consulate he called and gave me the good news ... I cried 
. Thanks to all who posted their interview experiences. It made all the difference in preparing for the next step forward .

We were approved today and our 10 year card has been produced. It was approximately 3 months from start to finish from the time we mailed our packet to Vermont.
Thanks to all who posted thier experiences here on VJ. But most of all thank you VJ for being here. We couldn't have done it without you.
