My driver license will expire in Sep.
I don't like to go to our local DMV office. It's always crowded and waiting forever.
What do you do when your driver license is going to expire? How long does it take to get the new green card?

I received return package, too. It was prior 90 days(2 days difference). The papers were punched and organized with binder. They put the I-751 in the front with the check stapled and stamped, then the copy of green card, my list of evidence, the copies of evidence were the last. Actually the envelope you sent was the last page, they kept it as a record.
The upper right of the I-751 form was stamped with the receiving date. It was crossed with lines because they found it was prior to 90 days. It seems they only can stamp the date as same as they receive it.
I just followed their instruction, sent it back. I didn't reprint it.
Just got the package back
, cause hubby put a money order with the amount of $595 in. Because of $5 to much they sent the whole thing back instead just a check... 
Gotta send it out tomorrow again! Oh and a question, the first page got a stamp and a remark, should we reprint it or just send it like that? What to do with the blue letter??

They sent my package back. They received it on 6/3, the card expiration date is 9/3. It says it's prior to 90 days. It's just 2 days difference, they can just hold for 2 day? So I sent it back again. They will receive it tomorrow.

I sent the package on 6/1/2011, delivered by 6/3/2011. Check has not cashed yet.

Called USICS today, They said that they can't initiate inquiry because the case is not yet 31 days outside the processing time.

yes, but 6 months is for K3. K1 they still post April 29.

We haven't get approval, still pending!!!! No touches, no RFE. Don't know what they are doing with it now or they lost it.

Hi afterforever and Jeff,
thank you guys, my fiancee keep asking the lawyer about the status, the lawyer just told him that the online status is still pending and it takes 10-12 months. So I asked the lawyer to call USCIS because I know that almost all the May filers got approval. Then he answered like that.
We knew eachother in Jan 2005 because of my cousin, he is my cousin's classmate. first met in person in Sep.2005 in China, second time, in Feb 2007, we flied to Thailand to met there. Then My cousin sent me invitation letter to attend her wedding, I got the B2 visa(one year valid and multiple entries) May, 2006, third time we met in US, 2 weeks. Oct. 2006 Fouth time in US, 2 weeks. Fifth time, Mar. 2007 he came to China to met my family and asked me to go with him, he said that he asked the lawyer that it's leggal for us to get married in US with B2 visa. When I at the airport in US, they asked me a lot of questions because I have no return ticket, then they knew that we wantted to get married, so they let me fly back, and told us to apply K1. Then we start our K1 visa journey.
So do you think this will affect the K1 visa?

Our lawyer called USCIS customer service who indicates that different adjudicating officers have different workloads, thus different processing time. According to similar petitions in his office, it seems that CIS takes 10-12 months to process. Also CIS is now tightening processing of this type of cases, especially involving Chinese nationals because of recent surge in fraudulent cases.
Is that true, it can be take 10-12 months to get NOA2?
What can we do about it, any one can help? Thank you all may filers.
